B & K Bar B Que was born from a simple conviction: that good barbecue can't be hurried. Located on Lay Dam Road in Clanton, we've been smoking meat the old way — low heat, real wood, and plenty of time — for as long as anyone in town can remember.
Our pit is fired every morning. Our rubs are mixed in-house. Our sides are prepared fresh daily. There are no shortcuts here, and that's exactly why people drive past three stoplights just to sit at our table.
